Who designs your printers?

Answer:
The original printer was designed by our father back in 1983. Today's newer and faster printers are designed by Jake and John Wiebe.

What is the average time frame from concept to delivery?

Answer:
We take pride in the fact that we can deliver your machine faster than anyone else in the industry. Our average turn-around time is three weeks from purchase to delivery.
